Hicks Total Transformations is not responsible for any dissatisfaction caused by hair professionals to the model's hair. Hicks Total Transformations is not liable for injury to the model, or damage to a model's hair.

Hicks Total Transformations is allowed to use the model's submission photo, and images of events worked by Hicks Total Transformations clients on their website or any Hicks Total Transformations networking sites to promote the model until she cancels this contract. Hicks Total Transformations will only use the Model's first name and last initial in any advertisements. Because of the Accounts Payable processing time, Hicks Total Transformations Model payments will be submitted 30 days post show date

It is the model's responsibility to follow proper payment procedure, as stated on our website in order to avoid payment delays.

Hicks Total Transformations may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this contract.
